-4 day a week membership at CrossFit Progression in Rochester MN.

For members of another CrossFit Gym or those that CrossFit on their own.
CFE programming with Coach oversight: $110 a month
-2 coach initiated personal calls a month
-unlimited email correspondence
-Monthly Testing

Current CFP members:
Joining the endurance team is free to Unlimited members of CFP. Triathlon Programming is an add on of $40 a month for Olympic,Sprint distance, Duathlons, Biking and Running events. $75 a month for IronMan or Ultras. Members of the endurance pack are eligible for group endurance work-outs, EP clothing and Race clothing.
